Steven Susswein Introduction
Steven Susswein serves as Senior Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division. Mr. Susswein is an attorney with nearly twenty-five years’ experience and has enforced our nation’s securities laws since joining the SEC in 2003. He possesses particular expertise in enforcing the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Susswein received his Juris Doctor, With Honors, from the George Washington University Law School (May 1996) and his Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction and Honors, in Political Science, from the University of Michigan (May 1991).
Mr. Susswein has been a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia since 2001.
He is a recipient of the SEC’s Enforcement Division’s Directors Award.
